The last few weekend I have been able to participate in the Clean Beauty Con’s Virtual Summits. I am so excited and blessed for this amazing opportunity to work with like minded women who want to see the same changes in the world I do. Since in-person conferences are not an option right now with the global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Clean Beauty Con has gone virtual. This has given me the opportunity to learn with this amazing women all the way from Japan.
What is Clean Beauty Con?
Clean Beauty Con is a group that hosts events to bring women together with the intention to celebrate and experience the best clean beauty brands in the world. During these events, attendees learn from industry leaders about the rapidly growing Clean Beauty Revolution. The truth is movement is being lead by strong empowered women who believe in the mission of bringing safer beauty products to the world.
What is a Virtual Summit?
A virtual summit is a conference that is held online using Zoom. The most amazing part of this type of summit is that you can attend from any where in the world. During the summit multiple panelists speak on a variety of topics that revolve around the clean beauty world, grouping your following, ingredients, and the impact of the beauty industry on the world and our bodies. We have also learned about the Coronavirus, how it infects and impacts the body, and how the process of how vaccine development, not to mention the current companies working on vaccines and when we might see those vaccines available to the public. With the use of Zoom we have the opportunity to ask questions about the panelists topic once the presentation is over. After all the panelists spoke for the day is one of my favorite parts. We all get to come online and chat amongst one and other. We take this time to talk about goals, plans, ask questions, connect and make friends with like minded women.
How much does it cost and what does the ticket include?
When you go to register for the Clean Beauty Con, you have two different tickets available.

Why I love these summits?
When I moved to Japan, I knew the sacrifices I was making when it came to certain things. One of those things was being close to fun events, such as missions the Clean Beauty Retreat that was hosted in Carmel, California earlier this year. With these virtual summits, I have the opportunity to learn just like I am at one of these in person events from my house in Japan. These events are on Saturday or Sunday starting at 10:00 am PST, which is at 2:00 am in Japan. Most ladies are enjoying their morning coffee and starting their day with a powerhouse of knowledge, I am normally in my Pajamas cuddled up in a cozy blanket, ready to go to bed when the event is over. When we all go live chatting at the end, these women are all so supportive and accept me for me, even in sleepy state. There is no judgement in this environment, just love and encouragement. The panelists, which have included a variety of doctors, break down all the topics in a way that any one can understand and retain the knowledge. I have learned so much from the first three summits and have left everyone feeling so inspired and motivated; which is something that I have been struggling with since I moved. All of these women; panelist and attendees alike, are now part of my tribe. We are here to motivate, encourage and support one another. Another amazing this for me is; to date, all of these companies I have learned about support shipments to FPO mailing addresses. Finding companies that support deployed military by shipping to FPO address can be challenging, making ecstatic to find clean beauty companies that are fighting for change in the world and supporting military families living overseas.
